I. In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (hereinafter "LFPDPPP") as well as the provisions of the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obliged Subjects (hereinafter the "LGPDPPSO") through this Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Policy"), you are informed of the following: ARLO ASESORES S.C., and/or any of its subsidiaries (hereinafter "ARLO ASESORES"), located at Av. Insurgentes Sur 64 Torre A, Oficina 1515, Col. Juárez, 06600, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, CDMX, is responsible for the treatment (treatment is understood as indicated in article 3° subsection XVIII of the LFPDPPP and the provisions of article 3° subsection XXXIII of the LGPDPPSO) of personal data, even the sensitive, financial and patrimonial ones, (hereinafter the "Data") that are provided by natural persons, that is, their customers, suppliers, employees, and/or any person from whom data is collected (hereinafter the "Owner") and these do not have the purpose of personal use. The "Data" can be collected personally, as well as those obtained through our website www.arloasesores.com, our e-mail arloasesores.com and/or by any other means allowed by the LFPDPPP as well as by the LGPDPPSO.

II. The primary purpose of the "Data" shall be limited to guaranteeing the purposes linked to the legal relationship that ARLO ASESORES S.C. and You have executed, namely:

The personal data we collect from our suppliers, service providers and intermediaries, we use for the following purposes:

All personal data, photographs and identification documents, which are requested to register access to our offices, shall be used for all purposes related to access, control and security within the company's facilities. V. In the event that ARLO ASESORES S.C. intends to give a purpose other than that indicated in the "Policy" that is not compatible or similar to those described in advance, the "Owner" shall be informed and/or where appropriate his/her consent shall be requested, for the exercise of the new purpose, letting him/her know the date on which the change(s) shall take effect, being able to use any of the following means: (i) personally through a written document; (ii) Through our website www.arloasesores.com or our e-mail contacto@arloasesores.com, (iii) and by any other means permitted by the LFPDPPP and/or the LGPDPPSO.

VI. The "Data" held by ARLO ASESORES S.C. or that are collected at this time or subsequently are and shall be duly safeguarded, preserved and protected by the Personal Data Protection Area which is an integral part of the Human Resources Department of ARLO ASESORES S.C. (hereinafter the "Area") during the time of the treatment, having access to them only the members of this and other personnel duly authorized by means of a declaration of confidentiality, who together have at their disposal physical and technological means for the purpose of preventing their loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure and theft.

VII. By the execution of this "Policy", you accept and grant your express consent for the transfer of data to affiliates and/or subsidiaries to carry out the purposes described in section II and III of this policy, as well as to national or foreign third parties whether individuals or legal entities who maintain a contractual legal relationship with ARLO ASESORES S.C., noting that consent shall not be required to carry out the necessary transfer(s) in the cases set forth in article 37 of the LFPDPPP and article 70 of the LGPDPPSO.

VIII. You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use we give it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we delete it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations provided for in the applicable regulations (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

The "Owner" of the information by his/her own right or through his/her representative as of April 1, 2020 may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (hereinafter "ARCO Rights") of the "Data", by any of the following means: (i) by written request addressed generically to the "Area" of B-SALUD, to the following address Av. Insurgentes Sur 64 Torre A, Oficina 1515, Col. Juárez, 06600, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, CDMX, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on business days; (ii) by means of a written request sent to the e-mail contacto@arloasesores.com, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on business days.

The applications that are submitted must meet the requirements of article 29 of the LFPDPPP and article 52 of the LGPDPPSO, that is, (i) the name of the holder and address or other means to communicate the response to your request; (ii) the documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner; (iii) the clear and precise description of the "Data" with respect to which it is sought to exercise any of the aforementioned ARCO rights, and (iv) any other element or document that facilitates the location of the "Data". After the necessary procedure, the person in charge through the "Area" shall communicate to the "Holder" the determination made within the deadlines provided for in article 32 of the LFPDPPP and article 51 of the LGPDPPSO (TWENTY DAYS).

In the event that the "Owner" does not receive a response within the term indicated in the preceding paragraph and/or is not satisfied with the determination that has been provided, or considers that there was a violation of their "ARCO Rights" in terms of that of the LFPDPPP and the LGPDPPSO may file a complaint or corresponding complaint with the National Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection (INAI).

VII. In order for you to limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, we offer you your Registration in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, which is in charge of the Federal Consumer Prosecutor's Office, so that your personal data is not used to receive advertising or promotions from companies of goods or services. For more information about this registration, you can refer to the PROFECO Internet portal, or contact it directly.

IX. This privacy policy may undergo modifications, changes or updates derived from new legal requirements; from our own needs for the products or services we offer; from our privacy practices; from changes in our business model, or for other reasons.

X.We undertake to keep you informed about the changes that may be suffered by this privacy policy, (i) personally through a written document; (ii) through our website www.arloasesores.com or our email contacto@arloasesores.com; (iii) in any other means permitted by Law.
